Cancel your subscription

Cancelling takes two clicks. Nothing more is charged. WhatsHook keeps working until the end of your free trial or the month you've paid for, then stops; 7 days later we unlink it from your phone and delete what we stored.

Good to know

• Cancel during your free trial and you pay nothing.
• Charged and didn't mean to carry on? Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
• Prefer email? Write to hello@whatshook.com from your account email saying you want to cancel, and we'll do it for you.
• Want your data gone straight away too? Use “Disconnect and delete my data” on your dashboard; it also cancels your subscription.
